The Stranger in Our Bed, A Film Movie Review

This mystery-thriller kept me guessing. It is set in England and, in part, at an old family estate in the country, both of which lend to the movie's mystery. From the beginning, I could feel the tension that proved to weave throughout the story.

Mufasa: The Lion King (2024): A Film Review

It’s not a remake of the 1994 film — that dubious honor goes to Jon Favreau’s 2019 offering. Nevertheless, this prequel still lands in the same tricky territory as the first one, much to the consternation of this Disney Animation fan.

The remake came as a surprise to some, but it was well-received, especially by those who hadn’t seen the original. They enjoyed the visuals and were excited to see a movie centered around dragons. For those of us who grew up with the original How to Train Your Dragon, the trailer alone brought back that same joy and nostalgia.
