Book Review: Extasia

Extasia lived up to its name, ecstasy. I absolutely enjoyed every minute of this dizzying rollercoaster ride. My emotions ran rampant as I read. I worked through every single emotion from laughter, squeamishness, anger, to victory fist pumps.

Nobody’s Girl: A Music Fiction Book Review

It was a difficult read for me because I wanted to cheat so badly and skip to the end to find out what happened. Don’t judge me too harshly. I never do that with a book I am reviewing, so I kept to the path. I didn’t skip ahead and was very glad I allowed the book to unfold the mystery. It was almost as if I was uncovering Tess’s reaction to God’s love, voice, and grace throughout the book.

Book Review: Skin of Tattoos

This book is an emotional rollercoaster, and I really enjoyed the adrenaline pumping action. Violence, tenderness, love, loyalty, death, and betrayal play across the pages like an intricate melody that never fully resolves.

Romance Novel Review: A Brush with Love

Not only is the craft of writing well-executed on these charming pages, but the author digs deeply into a lot of challenging emotional moments and deals very beautifully with a main character who deals regularly with anxiety – deep anxiety.

Book Review: Elegy for the Undead

This book is freakin' awesome! I am a Zombie fan. I even played one on a YouTube series, so Zombies have a special place in my heart. I began reading this book with a bit of uncertainty as to whether it would be the same old Zombie story. Bite, infect, repeat, die. Yes, biting occurs which leads to infection, but the infection can be transmitted in different ways.
