                      seashore with pebbles - TEXT: Forgotten Pebbles, Tasneem Hossain, Poetry

                      Image created onCanva

                      Walking on the sea beach of life,
                      rolling endless pebbles I see.
                      Crystal pearly waves kiss my feet.
                      Some pebbles roll on the sandy beach,
                      some move away in watery waves.
                      Some I take in my hands and keep,
                      some I throw –
                      forgotten pebbles on the seashore.

                      Gentle breeze soothes my being,
                      caressing and tingling my flushed cheeks.
                      Pricking needles in my memories old;
                      tears sweep through my turbulent soul.

The photograph features a man standing with his back to the viewer in a grassy, misty field, facing multiple closed doors of varying colors and sizes, scattered across the landscape. Each door has a different symbol on it (e.g., coffee beans, a spider, a stylized crest, a lightning bolt, a human eye). The lighting is soft and golden, suggesting early morning or late afternoon sunbeams cutting through the fog.
